Rael T's offers two methods for printing: Heat Transfer and Screen Printing
Both require a minimum of 5 working days. Normal turnaround is 10-15 working days.
Heat Transfer Method: (SMALL ORDERS)
Heat transfers are the less costly method for a small order.
Heat transfers can be as colorful as you want without an extra charge. They can be applied to 100% cotton, 50/50, tri-blends and 100% polyester T-shirts.
There are no minimum for heat transferred shirts.
Prices for transfers including a standard T-shirt printed on one side only. The second side is an additional $10.
1 @ $75 ea.
2 @ $70 ea.
3 @ $60 ea.
4 to 6 @ $50 ea.
7 to 9 @ $35 ea.
10 -24 @ $20 ea.
25 - 49 @ 16.50 ea.
50 - 99 @ 14.50 ea.
100+ @ 12.50 ea.
Please note: You need to provide high quality/high resolution artwork. 300 ppi saved as a .png at the size you want printed is required. Vector art will yield the best quality for both printing methods. Taking art from the web is not advised. It is too poor of a quality for T-shirts unless it is recreated or re-drawn and often copyright protected.
Creating new artwork is billed at $120.00 an hour.
Screen Print Method: (BULK ORDERS)
Screen printing is the preferred method for large orders. Small amounts are very costly.
*The minimum for screen printing order is 24 shirts (in any size increment) per color in your design (not shirt color).
For example: If your design to be printed requires 2 colors of ink, the minimum order would be 48 pieces.
If the design requires 3 colors of ink the minimum would be 72 etc.
Screen printing requires each color in your design to be printed individually. Therefore a film and screen are need for each color. The cost is $40 for each color. For example: a 3 color job requires 3 sets of screens which would be $40 X 3 = $120.00 for the set up.
If additional placements are required on the shirt, you will need additional films and screens.
Please note: If you want your design screen printed but you don't meet the minimum amount, the job could be run as long as you are willing to pay all costs of printing for the required amount less the cost of the blank shirts. For example: for a one color design you would pay the screen and film cost of $40 plus the cost of printing 24 pieces @ $4.25 each = $102.00 plus tax (@ today’s rate of 10.25%) . Total: $156.56 for printing. The blank shirts are extra and their costs depend on style, brand, color and quantity.
You have two options for T-Shirts: 1) you may provide your own shirts as long as they are compatible for screen printing; or 2) shirts can be ordered for an additional price.
Embroidery with a 48 piece minimum.
Pricing depends on how large your design is and how many stitches it takes to sew it out.
There is a one time cost to digitize your design which on average starts @ $75.00
A ball park estimate if your design is small and not a lot of stitches would be $7.00 per piece not including the garment.

Sorry we do not offer individual piece embroidery or name drops. I know of no one who does.
