1 color design?
Please send us your one color design (not counting the color of the tshirt) as a bitmap (line drawing) or a grayscale (half-tones).

Large Files?
Files that are larger than 5 MGs may have problems going through standard email. Therefore please use yousendit.com which is a free service. Please include "Artwork" or "Job" in the subject line.

When submitting your artwork please follow these simple guidelines:

Adobe Illustrator   Photoshop
Save as .ai, .eps or pdf file no higher than CS3.   Save as .tiff, .psd, .jpg or .pdf file no higher than CS3.
1. Outline all fonts.
1. Resolution from 150 to 300 dpi at 100%.
2. Assign each color to a channel if possible. If saved as a layers or a multicolor flattened image, extra charges may occur to separate the layers unless the job is to be printed as CMYK process.
3. Label each layer with its corresponding PANTONE solid uncoated number.
4. Halftone images are printed at 47 lpi unless otherwise specified.
5. Specify print order.
Note: 47 lpi is the finest line screen we can print
with consistent results. Dot density above 50% or below 10% can be problematic.
2. Do not embed files; include all linked files.
3. Halftone images are printed at 47 lpi unless otherwise specified.
4. Eliminate stray points.
5. Eliminate extraneous layers and flatten artwork.
6. Specify color using solid SPOT (not process) swatches.
Eliminate all unused swatches.

7. Set up your document to the actual size you want it printed.
Note: If colors are not set up as spot color extra charges may occur to convert the color from process to spot. Delete all unused swatches. This eliminates confusion and ensures proper film output.

Note: 35 lpi is the finest line screen we can print with consistent results. Dot density above 70% or below 10% can be problematic. Objects intended to bleed should cross document boundaries into pasteboard area. Bleed value should be 1/8” (.125”).

Type Size and Line Weight
Type below 10 pt. is difficult to print with consistent results. For type set below 10 pt. we recommend sans serif, bold fonts. If type is knocked out we recommend setting it at a 12 pt. minimum. Minimum line weight is 1 point; line weight below 1 point may not print properly.

Though we can print for what ever your needs require such as real estate and political lawn signage, we can print work that you as an artist could autograph and sell for big bucks. Anybody remember Andy Warhol? Though we are proud of our old school ways we also offer digital banner printing.
